Delicious Apples

 πŸŽ Delicious Apples 🍎

A wise old saying - “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”

Apples maybe small fruits, but have lots of wonderful benefits.

 • Rich in fiber → supports digestion & keeps you feeling full.

 • Packed with vitamin C → boosts your immune system.

 • Naturally sweet → a great swap for sugary snacks.

 • Contain antioxidants → help protect your cells.

 • Hydrating → about 86% water.

🍏Which is your favourite type of apple?  Do you believe an apple a day is still a pretty good idea?🍏

Use old potatoes

You can use old or sprouting potatoes πŸ₯”πŸ πŸ₯”

Occasionally one finds that you have bought potatoes and they are past their best and starting to grow.

Try putting them into a pot on a window sill or into the garden in a large pot with fresh soil.  They are sure to produce a delicious new crop.

Have you ever tried this before?

Would love to hear from you with your comments and learn how best I can help you.

Supplement Benefits

“Health is a State of Body. Wellness is a State of Being”. J. Stanford

Are you feeling in optimum health and vitality?

Today, let’s discuss supplements and how they can boost your health and well-being.  I personally find that adding supplements to my daily diet is very beneficial.  I recommend using high quality supplements in order to reap the benefits. If you would like advice, please message me.

Unfortunately, without the use of supplements we simply do not get all the nutrients we need.  If we lived off the land and enjoyed our own home grown produce, this may be less of the case.

Supplementation does not detract from eating a healthy balanced daily diet.  Vitamin B is good for stress, Vitamin C and Zinc are great for keeping our immunity strong.  There are of course also minerals and amino acids which have great benefits too.  Minerals such as potassium and magnesium are important.  Potassium can be found in bananas.  Magnesium aids in restful sleep.  Whey protein is a also great addition supplement that can be added to a healthy breakfast.

If supplements are something you would like to explore more, message me at purewholeness@gmail.com

I am here to help and guide you.

Initial Consultation via Skype

A holistic consultation with me utilizes all my skills, rather than just one aspect of my qualifications. Clients find this very beneficial.  I am qualified in both Allergy Testing and Iridology and currently studying herbalism.

I am available for skype consultations.  Certainly in the first instance this is very practical, and we can cover a lot of ground.  I am offering a package of 4 consultations for a reduced rate.  For more information please email me at
purewholeness@gmail.com or call me
on +44 (0) 7816189906

For international clients this can be further reduced as it will be purely advice and consultative based.  Should international clients need a therapist for more hands-on treatment I am able to refer them to other therapists within my network.

I look forward to working with you to restore your health naturally.

Holistic Therapists are your best friend

Holistic Therapists are, or certainly can be your best friend.  Often it is well worth chatting to someone who you know to be a skilled holistic therapist. Even if they can't help you they are sure to be able to refer you to someone who is just as skilled, and will be able to resolve your problem. All it takes is an informal chat, it could change your life and the health challenges you face!
You are welcome to get in touch with me for an informal 30 minute evaluation, this will not cost you.  I will then be able to guide you in the right direction or book and appointment to consult you.  Either way, you will be on the right track to restored health naturally.

Lemons to start your day!

Lemons are a great way to start your day. They boost your immune system and strengthen your liver and colon. A great aid in weight loss and reduces nausea. Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning aids in digestion and helps to eliminate any waste your body might be storing, flushing out toxins. It dissolves uric acid therefore reducing pain and inflammation in your joints. They are high in potassium and help to nourish your brain and nerve cells. Lemons also have great benefits to the skin and aid in the prevention of wrinkles and acne. Lastly, after a strenuous workout, lemon juice helps to replenish the body’s salts.
